Olive Tapenade + Bruschetta + Crostini
Olive Tapenade + Bruschetta + Crostini

Olive Tapenade
2 -3 types of pitted olives
½ cup fresh parsley
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup pine nuts

Rough chop all ingredients on a cutting board. You may use a food processor but take care not to overprocess.

Bruschetta
1-2 cups grape tomatoes, quartered
1 tsp minced garlic
1 T olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Alchemy Italian Blend

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes for flavors to meld.

Crostini
Italian bread, sliced
Olive Oil

Baste bread slices generously with olive oil. Toast, single layer, on a baking sheet, in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
