PERFECT TOMATO SALAD

Heirloom Tomatoes (at room temperature)
Salt & Pepper
Alchemy Italian Cooking & Dipping Oil
Good Mozzerella, sliced and at room temperature
Fresh Basil, thinly sliced

1. Slice tomatoes into 1/3" rounds and arrange family style on a platter
           or on salad plates for individual servings.
       2. Sprinkle each slice with salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle tomato slices generously with Italian Cooking & Dipping Oil
4. Top each seasoned tomato with a bit of fresh mozzerella and a        
           sprinkling of basil.
